Packaging Materials

GIN supports packaging materials, cartons, display structures, PU foam boards, and HVAC materials. We route each request by application, dimensions, quantity, safety needs, and site conditions.

Start with the use case

Packaging projects focus on product protection, shipping, and production fit. PU boards and air boxes belong to building and HVAC materials, where insulation, fire-safety requirements, outlet dimensions, and site configuration matter.

Protective cushioning

EPE, PE, paper cushioning, molded pulp, and inserts are reviewed by product weight, fragile points, shipping conditions, and cost targets.

Cartons and paper boxes

Outer cartons, printed boxes, gift boxes, and heavy-duty packaging can be paired with printing, structure design, sampling, and production planning.

Display structures

Display boxes and retail display structures need to balance load path, assembly, transportation, and retail-channel constraints.

PU foam boards and HVAC materials

GIN can manufacture PU foam from chemical raw materials, form adjustable boards, and supply both boards and finished air-box components.

PU Foam Boards and HVAC Air Boxes

This line is not a packaging capability. It represents GIN's PU foam material manufacturing and building/HVAC material applications. Board thickness, dimensions, processing method, fire-safety requirements, and supply/return air-box configurations can be discussed by project.

  • In-house PU foaming, with material conditions controlled from raw materials and process.
  • Adjustable board specifications for insulation boards, thermal panels, and site cutting.
  • PU foam boards and finished air-box products, including plenum boxes, return-air boxes, outlet boxes, three-way boxes, and custom air boxes.
  • Fire-safety needs are reviewed against actual application and available public test documents.

Note: fire rating, test standards, thermal conductivity, and numeric claims should be confirmed by actual reports or project documents.
